Cheesecake with Jelly and ZDCO Petit Beurre

Ingredients:

To prepare the base:
1. 200g of powdered ZDCO Petit Beurre.
2. 40g of melted butter.

To prepare the second layer:
1. 250g of softened cream cheese.
2. 50g of powdered sugar.
3. 1 tablespoon of gelatin powder.
4. 40ml of boiled water.
5. 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract.

To prepare the jelly:
1. 1 packet of strawberry jelly.
2. 1 cup of cold water.
3. 1 cup of boiled water.

Preparation:

■ Mix crumbled ZDCO Petit Beurre and melted butter in a medium bowl.
■ Place ZDCO Petit Beurre in a rectangular cheesecake pan and set aside for 30 minutes.
■ Put the gelatin and boiling water in a water bath and stir the gelatin until it dissolves well.
■ Mix cream cheese with sugar and vanilla extract in an electric mixer until the mixture becomes smooth.
■ Add the gelatin mixture and mix again.
■ Put the cream cheese mixture on top of the biscuit layer in the mold and then put it in the refrigerator for about 4 hours.
■ Dissolve the jelly in a cup of boiling water in a large bowl, then add a cup of cold water to the mixture and stir well.
■ Pour the jelly over the cheese layer, then put the mold into the refrigerator again until the jelly becomes firm.
